A new round of discussions
Study and work in Europe
Young people said they want more chances to study, work, and connect across borders – especially as the EU grows. To work and study in candidate countries, they called for easier visa processes, better info about opportunities and support to overcome language barriers. To make mobility more inclusive, they suggested more funding for underrepresented and marginalised youth, and less red tape. They also highlighted the power of cultural exchange to build a stronger European identity and learn from each other’s history. Finally, they said outreach should be more accessible – online and offline – using social media and influencers to reach young people everywhere, even in remote areas. How can we make it easier for people to work and study in candidate countries?
